LoftyLoo ReturnS AND RefundS Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

ELIGIBILITY
To return a LoftyLoo, it needs to be in tip-top shape, still in its original packaging, and free from any scratches or signs of use. Important Note: We’re unable to accept returns on items that show signs of use, wear, or damage outside of original shipping defects.
RETURN TIME FRAME
You've got a solid 15-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Meow about flexibility!

Ready to send it back? Simply reach out to us through meow@loftyloo.com or give us a ring at 913.747.8006. We’ll be purrfectly delighted to assist you in getting the ball rolling.
RETURN SHIPPING
As a small business, we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping costs. We know it's a bit of a drag, but hey, we're not trying to scratch your wallet. However, if your LoftyLoo arrives damaged or defective (let's hope that doesn't happen), we'll gladly step in and arrange a solution. Meow, that's what we call customer care!
Refunds
Once we receive the returned LoftyLoo and confirm its pristine condition, we’ll quickly process your refund for the cost of the LoftyLoo, minus shipping. A restocking fee may also apply.
