Eligibility: To return a LoftyLoo, it needs to be in tip-top shape, still in its original packaging, and free from any scratches or signs of use.
Timeframe: You've got a solid 15-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Meow about flexibility!

Return Shipping: As a small business, we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping costs. We know it's a bit of a drag, but hey, we're not trying to scratch your wallet. However, if your LoftyLoo arrives damaged or defective (let's hope that doesn't happen), we'll gladly step in and arrange a prepaid return label. Meow, that's what we call customer care!
Refund: Once we receive the returned LoftyLoo and confirm its pristine condition, we'll speedily process your refund.
